Step 1 :
The air confinement ; Asmita (Asmita Pressure Mindfulness)
1.1. breath out - fully or breathing out long then contract the lower body firmly, hold your breath together with the shaking jump...initially,
from 1 to 10 until you are skillfull then gradually extend to 20-30.
1.2. subsequently, breath in - fully or breathing out long then contract the upper body firmly, hold your breath together with the shaking jump...initially,
from 1 to 20 until you are skillfull then gradually extend to 30-50.


Step 2 :
To extremely released exhale and inhale by extremely deep stillness before sleeping
until you are asleep so as to be instilled the habit of deep and fine breathing and spend time for basic meditation too.
In step 1.1 and 1.2 should be stressed to continue to do (but not simultaneously).


This is the end of a part of theory.
In the 2nd part is a real treat or actual practice.
