Now people may be careful with their health too much until the metabolism of body is lost balance.

Why ?

First of all, I asked everyone need to know what the acid-base reaction is. 
This represents that your blood ph or acidity-alkalinity of the blood would have the chance as well as acid, neutral (between 7.3 to 7.5) and base.

Kidney Disease Treatment by prohibiting eating foods that are high potassium elements may slowly destroy the work system of the heart.
Because.....
Minerals such as sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium are the elements that enter the body,
provide a positive charge called "Cation" (positively-charged ions) and convert into base after metabolism.
The phosphorus in the form of sodium phosphates and chlorine (chloride salt or sodium chloride) are the minerals have a negative charge called "Anion" (negatively-charged ions) and can be metabolized into a base.
Therefore in energy metabolism at any time will occur cation and anion conditions all the time according to type of food consumed by yourself.
The pH  balance the pH 7.3-7.5.
In a pH balanced body generally becoming more alkaline (pH = 7.5 - 8.0) by evening in healthy people 

The pH Balance in the bloodstream of human body is supposed to be neutral, between 7.3 – 7.5,
if it is lower than the 7.3 mean an excessively acid condition of the body fluids or tissues (Acidosis),
but having a pH greater more than 7.5 mean having the properties of an alkali or alkaline (Alkalosis).
Foods affect alkaline conditions inside the body, viz.: vegetables, fruits, milk and some nuts
and foods affect acidic conditions, viz.: meat, fish, chicken, eggs, rice, cheese.
For foods i.e. fat, sugar, flour, that contains no minerals at all and they are a neutral.
They are metabolized into carbon dioxide and water and rapidly excreted from the body. 

Oranges, lemons and other fruits containing organic acids and having sour taste are acidic
but they are immediately metabolized into alkali equivalents.

The prohibition eating potassium minerals which quickly metabolized into alkali will have a direct impact on reducing the performance of the functions of the heart and blood !!!

Concluded that you should not strict about your eating too much (but not to be fussy eaters).

I found that all this main content are in full accord with The Lord Buddha who confirmed his teaching about "Anapanasati" that....
"can make one's eyes and physical body painless", 
it is of great and very profound significance level in detail in the Anapanasati Sutta.

the teachings of Buddhism about "Dvattimsakara" (32 parts of the body) as revealed evidence in 
Tripitaka and nutrition science with practice breathing by himself.
The finally, there are valuable reasons why you should believe in him.

The additional technique for increasing in efficiency by weight training


To train with 2 dumbbells ; 8 kg. for each hand (my teacher use them.) make the air (wind) pumped and spreaded throughout your body more powerfully and efficiently than just training with free-handed, representing a three-fold increase of practice to confine (retain or hold) the air (wind; your breath) in medium up to higher (high resolution)

The effectiveness of this technique make you feel your hands and arms be very light as a feather but having higher centrifugal force, stillness, firmness, durability and endurance.
According to the purpose, The air density in your muscles will be vastly more steady than training with free-handed, it is fulled body in normal times by normal breathing. Your muscles and ligaments (tendon) throughout the body will be powerful and firmly stability until you feel be fresh, clear-headed, bright, be well-informed and active more than ever.

To use the dumbbells for weight in shaking jump...for who has experienced a deep breath and a lot of hard work before..after quitting it a long time ...like high quality system of reinforced concrete to increase weight by shaking in order to tighten concrete.

If you have a problem about confining the breath, and can not change your psychosomatic performance for the better.
... May be able to add weight to compress the air into the body with using dumbbells convenient for your body.
But not necessarily to use the dumbbells, may be anything has so much weight instead of them (much or less upon yourself).

PS. But before that, recommend you should practice in basic with bare fist before you will choose to use the weight later, it does not matter.

The air confinement (Asmita Pressure Mindfulness) has 2 steps ;

Step 1 : The air confinement ; Asmita (Asmita Pressure Mindfulness)
1.1. breath out - fully or breathing out long then contract the lower body firmly, 
hold your breath together with the shaking jump...initially, from 1 to 10 until you are skillfull then gradually extend to 20-30.
1.2. subsequently, breath in - fully or breathing out long then contract the upper body firmly, 
hold your breath together with the shaking jump...initially, from 1 to 20 until you are skillfull then gradually extend to 30-50.

Step 2 : To extremely released exhale and inhale by extremely deep stillness before sleeping until you are asleep
so as to be instilled the habit of deep and fine breathing and spend time for basic meditation too. 
In step 1.1 and 1.2 should be stressed to continue to do (but not simultaneously).

This is the end of a part of theory.
In the 2nd part is a real treat or actual practice.
I would like everyone who have been practicing the air confinement "Asmita" (Asmita Pressure Mindfulness) 
to explain your direct experience and results obtained from this practice.

(All opinions are talking about their own experiences of practicality as well as the results obtained 
will be taken as part of the practicality of it). It is to be part of this with my content.
